The site area previously was mentioned as 17 acres but later the total plot size is 9616.393 sqm which is about 2.37 acres,
Nothing has been mentioned in the brief regarding the ground coverage and the Floor space index or any restriction regarding the no. of stories or the height restrictions????
The Coordinates given by you in the brief- 2 are also not correct????
Please provide the exact clarification for the above points
