How many boards for arcology skyscraper in HK?

Firstly, after reading brief we were quite sure that we have to do 1 (single, single sided) board. But when we were uploading our board there was possibility to upload 2 images. And we strarted to wonder is that good or not...

We went back to the brief...
In brief it is said: 'Competitors should present their concept design proposals on a single (single sided) landscape boards (...)'

We interpreted word 'competitors' as all participations, that's why word 'boards' is in plural.

We already uploaded 1 single board. Is that ok?
