I would like to register for a competition. How do I start?
To register for a competition, you will need to
create
an account which then makes you a registred user of the SuperSkyScrapers website. The email address you entered during registration will need to be verified. During verification we will send you a verification code, which you need to paste to the presented form or simply click the link from your email. Once your email address is verified, you may start registering for competitions
. When you logon to the system, your user name is displayed at the top center of the navigation bar.

How do I pay for my competition entry registration?
Competition registration fees payment can be made with confidence using our chosen secure payment gateway with Paypal by using your Visa, Master, Solo debit or credit cards or even your Paypal account.

I have created an account and asked to enter verification code. But I have not received an Email with verification code.
Please make sure you have entered a correct and valid email address. Logon to the board with the email address and password you registered and click
register/update
. If your email address is incorrect, then make necessary changes and click "Update Account". The verification code will be resent to the new address you specified. Please note: The verification code is resent only if you change an email address. If you specified the correct address but for some reason the email was not received, simply logon and click "resend verif. code" link on verification form.

I do not see the appropriate category or subcategory to download the competition brief or submit my proposal.
If you cannot find appropriate category to download or submit your entry under, please
let us know
and we will advise you on what to do if it does not contradict with our policies.

I have uploaded my proposal or project under the wrong category by mistake and it is the last day and deadline date. Submissions are now closed. Can I change the category?
We can arrange to have your proposal moved into the correct competition category by the site administrator. Please let us know if your would like to move your proposal.

I have attached the wrong image to my submission. Can I change it?
Yes, you can change the image. Simple logon to your account on the SuperSkyScrapers website and the navigate to the submissions tab and simple re-submit your entry with the same file name before the submission deadline.

I have submitted my entry, but I do not see the status updated to submitted in my submissions list in my account on the SuperSkyScrapers website.
This site is moderated and a such registrations or submission sometimes need to be approved before being added to the list. Once your registration or submission or has been approved you will receive an additional Email notification.

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
If you forgot your password, we will send you a temporary replacement password. Click "
I forgot my password
" at the logon page, enter the email, which your registered with SuperSkyScrapers and click "
Email My Password
". Check your Email for the temporary password we sent you. Once logon to your account with a new password, make sure to change it by clicking "
Update Account
" link at the top navigation bar.

Can I change my email address, password or name?
You may change your profile information at any time by clicking "
UpdateAccount
". However if you change your email address, we will need to verify it. The procedure is the same as when you first registered on the ArchTriumph website.

I wonder if my email will be added to different lists and used inappropriately for spam.
You email address will NOT be sold or passed to any lists. If you choose to participate in our list, you may occasionally receive emails concerning changes in our policies, upgrades or information concerning your account.

Can I request an extension of the registration or submission deadline?
No. The deadlines for the competition are fix and forms part of the
terms & condition
as specified therein.

I have changed my mind and would like to withdraw registration or entry completely for a refund?
No, You can not switch your registration to another competition or withdraw your registration or entry for a refund once registration is made as specified in the SuperSkyScrapers's
terms and conditions
. All registration fees are non-refundable.

My SuperSkyScrapers account has been locked or suspended. How do I address this issue?
Please contact the site administration using the online contact form provided on the site and we will do our best to have it resolved for you as quickly as possible.

I would like to download the full competition brief from the SuperSkyScrapers website. What should I do?
To download the full competition brief, you will need to simply create an account, which means you become a registered user on the SuperSkyScrapers website and can benefit from all the useful facilities availabe to you such as update your profile, upload entry proposal, update team list, use the forum on the site, obtain your registration unique number at any time incase you forget or lose the original confirmation email and more.

We welcome your participation and sharing or exchanging your creative thoughts on the competitions with other architects. All you have to do is register to the site by
creating an account
, if you do not already have one. Then you can start sharing you valuable views with others. The SuperSkyScrapers forum is not a platform for advertising and illegal advertising will be pointed out and is strongly discouraged.

Can I change the details of team members after registration?
Yes, SuperSkyScrapers understands and is aware of the fact that certain circumstance may arise when it is neccessary or unavoidable to change team members on a project, just as in the real world of projects. All you have to do is logon to your account on the SuperSkyScrapers website, select the registration entry you wish to amend team members for and then click the "update" button. It is that simple. However, team member's details can not be changed after proposal submission.

Can my submission be in video format or other format other than jpeg?
SuperSkyScrapers's only accepts proposal or competition entry submission in jpeg format and as such our system will only accepts these format for upload.

When I registered for the competition, I didn't add a team or all the team member's names, can I add now or later before submission?
That is not an issue at all. Yes, you can. All you have to do is logon to your account on the SuperSkyScrapers website, select the registration entry you wish to amend team members or add team members names by using the checkbox next to it the box. Add the team members's names in the entry box provided and then click the "update" button.

I will like to register to enter for a competition, but can not find my country in the payment or registration list of countries. What can I do?
This might mean that there is some sort of trade sactions against your country or Paypal does not operate there. Unfortunately, this means you will not be eligible for any of the cash prizes, if you are given concession to submit an entry. We can not do much to assist were such International saction have been put in place. They are there for a reason.

Will CAD drawings be available for the competition?
Yes, all participants will be provided with CAD drawings of site, photograph of site context, photographs of city context, site street map, ordinance survey maps etc.

How do I download pack2 (CAD, photographs, maps etc.) ?
Logon to your user account, click on the "MyRegistrations" tab, then within the competition registration listing. click the Unigue Registration Number linked to the competition.
