The authors look for possibilities of purifying the ocean with the clever usage of the vertical transition of the elevator as a technology to do this. A multifunctional elevator that assures a unique experiences in both directions – inwards and outwards. This project is a little anachronistic in its attempt at monumental architecture but never the less an interesting proposition.
